A special outfit for Luffy, originally designed to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the One Piece comic. After encountering a great man as a boy, he learned of both the sea's cruelty and his own weakness. However, in pursuit of his dreams, he has grown and strengthened himself to the point where he's ready to challenge the Four Emperors.
