In this Sugo-Fest, the newly appearing character will be recruited in its Level Limit Break form! It is easier to raise the new character to the next Level Limit Break stage than usual! The new character "Goldberg" will be appearing as if 3 characters from the same evolution tree were used to power up and with Stage 2 of the visual Effect added, and will be recruited at Character Level 99, MAX Rumble Special, and MAX Rumble Ability with the following Unlocked Powers! - Charge Specials MAX - Bind Resistance MAX - Despair Resistance MAX - Auto-Heal MAX - Damage Reduction MAX The new "Goldberg" will have a lower Cost for Pirate Rumble, making it easier to add him to your team! Plus, all of the appearing characters will be PSY-type or Striker-class (excluding Pirate Rumble Sugo-Fest-Only Characters)! Certain PSY-type and Striker-class Pirate Rumble Sugo-Fest-Only Characters will be rate-boosted higher than other Pirate Rumble Sugo-Fest-Only Characters! In this Sugo-Fest, the pool of recruitable Sugo-Fest-Exclusives is limited to 15 characters that are mainly PSY-type and Striker-class!
