Brandished Right Arm Before His Adversaries

Reduces crew's Slot Bind duration by 3 turns, changes character's slot to TND, prevents character's slot from being changed until character lands a GREAT strike, locks crew's slots for 2 turns, and boosts Striker and Powerhouse characters' ATK based on the number of status effects applied on enemy when Special is launched (1.75x for 0-5 effects, 2.25x for 6-7 effects, and 2.75x and changes the ATK multiplier of SEMLA slots to 2.5x when slots match (normally 2x when matching), 0.5x when unfavorable, 1.0x otherwise for 1 turn for 8 effects or more) for 1 turn. If 5 or more Land of Wano Arc Big Mom Pirates characters are on the crew, applies Set Target status to all enemies for 1 turn (Set Target status cannot be affected by immunity to status effects, Striker and Powerhouse characters will deal 1.5x damage, and their Special charge time will be reduced by 1 turn for every enemy with Set Target status defeated by normal attacks and Specials (except when defeating with status effects or certain end of turn damage effects))
