Assistant chef of the oceangoing restaurant, Baratie. He dreams of finding the All Blue, the sea where ingredients from all of the world's oceans are said to be found. Encouraged by those who supported him, he decides to set out on his journey. As he leaves the restaurant, gets down on his hands and knees to express his gratitude, shedding tears as he does so.
