Deals 100x character's ATK in non-type damage to one enemy, reduces crew's Special Bind duration by 7 turns, reduces all enemies' damage reduction (except [Damage Cut]) duration by 7 turns, and locks crew's slots for 1 turn. If crew has additive chain multiplier or multiplicative chain multiplier boost when Special is launched, sets the chain multiplier's minimum value at 3.0 and maximum value at 30.0 for 3 turns (sets the chain multiplier's minimum value at 2.75 and maximum value at 30.0 for 1 turn) otherwise. If crew has lock chain multiplier when Special is launched, extends the duration of lock chain multiplier by 2 turns

If crew applies additive chain multiplier or multiplicative chain multiplier boost, or another status effect is applied to the crew, all enemies, or an individual enemy on the same turn after the required effect was applied, launches "Flame to Protect a Brother" at start of crew's next turn (only once per quest)
