Red-Haired Shanks

The Approaching Promised Time

Captain of the Red-Hair Pirates and one of the Four Emperors. He values his promise to reunite with Luffy very highly, so much so that he declined to meet with him again during the Paramount War as it would violate their agreement. As he keeps an eye on Luffy's achievements, he is excited as he senses that the day for them to meet again is soon approaching.
