Donquixote Doflamingo
North Blue Darkness
Captain of the Donquixote Pirates, based in the North Blue. His long-held ambitions were crushed by his turncoat brother. They faced each other down, guns drawn, and just as when he visited his father in the past, he pulled the trigger.
