Captain of the Kuja Pirates and former Warlord of the Sea. At Amazon Lily, Hancock is attacked by the Navy, which was pursuing any former Warlords of the Sea, and Blackbeard, who was after her Love-Love fruit powers. She uses her Slave Arrows to turn the enemies around her to stone.

Heals crew by 20,000 HP, reduces crew's Pain duration by 5 turns, delays all enemies by 1 turn ignoring immunity to Delay, immunity to all status effects, or immunity (excluding certain status effect, inflicts Petrify status (Love-Love status threshold will not decrease) to each enemy in Love-Love status when Special is launched for 2 turns, inflicts Love-Love status (binds regular attacks until they are hit 8 times), changes character's slot to TND, and boosts Cerebral and Free Spirit characters' chain multiplier growth rate of normal attacks up to +0.7 (GOOD +0.2; GREAT +0.4; PERFECT +0.7) for 2 turns. If crew has lock chain multiplier effect when Special is launched, boosts PSY, Cerebral and Free Spirit characters' ATK by 2.75x for 2 turns (sets the chain multiplier's minimum value at 2.75 and maximum value at 30.0 for 2 turns otherwise)

Reduces crew's Special charge time by 1 turn at start of quest, boosts Cerebral and Free Spirit characters' ATK by 5x, HP by 1.3x, boosts their ATK up to approximately 5.5x per PERFECT strike in a row, adds +0.2 to the minimum chain multiplier value (this effect can stack), makes crew's PSYTND slots have matching slot effects, and heals crew by 4,000 HP at end of turn
