Buggy the Clown

Unbeatable Chop-Chop Man

Animation

Captain of the Buggy Pirates. Being mistaken for a powerful leader by the Impel Down prisoners eventually earned him a ticket to the Paramount War. Being asked by Whitebeard to help his crew out, returning alive from Aokiji's attacks, and conversing with Shanks only deepened everyone's misunderstandings of him.
