Happosui Army

The 12th leader of the Kingdom of Kano's Happosui Army. Garp put a dent in his head long ago, but it was Garp's grandson Luffy who put it back to normal. This ended his grudge against the Garp family, and he bowed his head in gratitude to Luffy at last.
