When does it come out?
Brave Frontier Origin comes out in 2027. Alim hasn't given a month or day yet.
Where can you play it?
Worldwide. Alim first announced it for Japan and North America on July 3, 2026, then widened it to a global release on July 10, 2026, after the response from players around the world.
Which languages?
Japanese, English and several other languages, Alim said on July 10, 2026. The full list hasn't been given.
Which platforms?
Press report it as a smartphone game. Alim hasn't named iOS, Android or PC yet.

Is it a remake?
Alim calls it a new pixel-art RPG that carries on the soul of Brave Frontier and returns to the series' roots, built on the adventure players first fell in love with.
Gameplay
What does the pixel art look like?
Heroes keep their pixel art from the original, refined to Origin's proportions, with more animations: an attack, up to three skills and a Brave Burst. Not every unit gets new art or animations, and Alim hasn't said which do.

Announced July 3, 2026How do battles work?
Alim hasn't shown the battle system yet, beyond the key visual's battle screen. It's the next update on the teaser site's roadmap.
