About Misconduct in Pirate Alliance Kizuna Clash

For Pirate Alliance Kizuna Clash, we have set the following policies against user misconduct: For accounts that have been detected of misconduct, the following actions will be taken: - Account will be added to Malicious Activity List for that Kizuna Clash - Suspension of obtaining Kizuna Clash Pts from that event - Removal of personal Kizuna Clash Pts obtained from that event - Removal of obtaining rewards from that event - Restriction of joining or forming a Pirate Alliance - Crew name will be marked in red within the Pirate Alliance Also, the following action will be taken against the whole Pirate Alliance that the malicious account was in: - Total Kizuna Clash Pts for the Alliance will reset *Any Kizuna Clash Pts obtained through proper means after the reset will be added normally. *Total Kizuna Clash Pts will be distributed based on the final total Pts earned after the Pts reset. As stated in "Menu > Tos, Copyright, Etc. > About Misconduct", if any violation against the Terms of Service is detected, your account may be suspended.
