Dealing with Unfair Practices

In order to ensure that ONE PIECE Treasure Cruise is an enjoyable and fair playing environment for all users, we are taking strict measures against those who violate the Terms of Service, or commit similarly illegitimate actions. These measures include banning accounts or device transfers. The buying or selling of accounts, or the misuse of Rainbow Gems can have a negative effect on other users' experience. To prevent these issues from spreading, we will be dealing with users who violate the Terms of Service seriously. As stated in "Menu > Tos, Copyright, Etc. > About Misconduct", if any violation against the Terms of Service is detected, your account may be suspended. If your account is suspended, you will no longer be able to access or play Treasure Cruise. Additionally, suspended accounts are not eligible for any refund/exchange/reimbursement of in-app currency, cash and/or coupons. This policy will take into effect starting Nov. 01, 2026 PST. *This notification is displayed to all users regardless of their status of violation. *Users that are identified to be violating the terms will receive a separate correspondence via Mail.
