Doctor Hogback

One of Thriller Bark's Mysterious Four. Though a genius when it comes to medicine, he is often careless when it comes to things like keeping the zombies' secrets. He creates zombies by making "marionette" bodies that can then serve as shadow vessels. Cindry is his servant.
