Dead-Eye Cannoneer
Fish-Man District Outlaw
Member of the New Fish-Man Pirates. Kind-hearted and caring toward friends, he is unable to abandon a comrade in need, which caused him to join the pirate crew. The soul in his cannon fire, he believes, helps it exact an even more punishing a blow each time.
