Fish-Man District Outlaw
Member of the New Fish-Man Pirates. Gifted in strategy, although the tactics the pirates use to reach Fish-Man Island often surprise him. He has a broad interest in tactical affairs, although he despises humans for forcing his kind to live in this small island.
