Evil Warriors Led by Garuda

Eldest son of the Vinsmoke family. He is nearly killed along with Judge, who was deceived by Big Mom, but the Straw Hat Pirates hand him his Raid Suit, which allows him to transform. Taking the form of Sparking Red, he demonstrates the strength of science.

Applies Ignited status (deals 50x enemy ATK in non-type damage at end of enemy turn; Ignited damage effect will not be applied after an enemy's preemptive action) to all enemies for 1 turn, reduces all enemies' damage reduction (except [Damage Cut]) duration by 3 turns, reduces crew's ATK Down duration by 6 turns, and sets the chain multiplier's minimum value at 2.5 and maximum value at 35.0 for 1 turn. If 3 or more Germa 66 Royalty characters are on the crew, allows Ignited applied from this Special to ignore immunity to all status effects, and boosts Germa 66 Royalty characters' base ATK by +1500 for 1 turn
