Member of the Pirate Temp Agency, Buggy's Delivery. He reunites with his former boss, Crocodile, and desperately tries to flatter him. When Buggy criticised him for this, he brushes it off, saying, "I was never working for you at any point, Buggy!".

Reduces damage taken by 80% for 1 turn, removes all Poison, changes crew's BLOCK and unfavorable slots to character's own type, and reduces crew's ATK Down duration by 6 turns. When there are 6 Driven characters on the crew, doubles the type effects of normal attacks for Driven characters for 3 turns, extends the duration of crew's slot effect boost by 1 turn, and reduces top-row characters' Special charge time by 2 turns. When there are 6 Striker characters on the crew, boosts the type effects of normal attacks for Striker characters by 2.25x for 1 turn, extends the duration of crew's slot effect boost by 1 turn, and reduces middle-row characters' Special charge time by 2 turns
