Big Mom Pirates

A member of the Big Mom Pirates and the eighth daughter of the Charlotte family. She chased Chopper and Carrot around the Mirro-World before finally catching them. She later returned to her house where she bound Chopper in chains and hung Carrot from the ceiling to cook her.
