Donquixote Pirate Crew
Low-Level Spy
A member of the Donquixote Pirates. Following the orders of the ruler Doflamingo and his officers, he works on operations behind the scenes. Likes to laugh a lot, although he worked hard to hold it back when he first heard Pica's voice upon joining the team.
