A Dragon blacksmith spoken of in legend. She taught a half-Beast and half-Demon fighter Dragon martial arts so that he might save a witch. Rhodia began acting on her own and discovered a dark plot involving the witch. While she went after the young man to make sure he knew the truth, she ended up finding the Demon who was responsible for the plot in the first place. To put an end to things for good, she unleashed the power of her transforming scythe and challenged Leon to a duel.
