Water Tectonus "Pacura"

The spirit of the earth takes unique form after countless aeons. Embodying the elemental power of water, Pacuras, with their fierce, glacier-like stature, freeze even the surrounding air. Some researchers suggest that Pacuras follow the will of the Gods, and have been sent to freeze all of Raktehelm in a coffin of ice. With its glacial freezing power, it can cause a hero soul's power to ascend to that of the Gods.
