Crowe, the Bandit

A thief who worked primarily in Gramenia. Prior to the Great War, Crowe targeted wealthy Gramenians, and had massive bounties placed on his head. His movements were said to be as swift and graceful as the winds, and he often baffled the guards sent to capture him. When he wasn't stealing from the rich to aid the poor, he just stole - made considerably more difficult when passersby would cheer him on.
