Water Phantom "River"

This monster is called a Phantom because of its ability to appear and disappear at will. It has bonded with a strong elemental power, and the power of the heroic spirit will lead you to higher heights. The Water Phantom, "River", clads itself in water droplets and travels on top of mist. Because of this, sailors in Raktehelm say that when mist covers their path, it's a "Phantom Path", and will not cross it. Even now, they will take a detour to go around it instead.
