Magic Stone of Water

A Magic Stone thought to have been created by the Gods. Ancient runes are inscribed on the stone. It contains the power of ice. Because it constantly emanates cold air, it can be used not only as a material for processing armour, but also as a coolant. This rare Magic Stone is apparently set out in the town square Gramenia Republic to cool the populace. While the people of the Republic are quite pleased by this, some criticise it, saying it's just a political performance.
