Azure Water Crystal

A crystal overflowing with the power of water. Quenching with this material leaves a beautiful pattern on the blade, but it is also incredibly difficult to use. Because even the slightest change in temperature can be enough to cause it to break, the blacksmith must be knowledgeable about alchemy and magic to make a prototype. Because of this, when the crystal was first discovered, many blacksmiths became apprentices to alchemists and mages.
