Cane of Stillness "Prying Dawn"

A staff with a golden jewel discovered in the skyward ruins of Famelle. The "stillness" in its name does not imply the importance of silence but how miracles are powered by unspoken will and not chanted words. It reads the wielder's mind and activates the spell as desired, creating a similar effect as limit casting mastered by a genius magician from Isliid. The difference is this does not demand his high-speed calculations.
