True "Shangri-La"

Physical

Light

A shining blade held by the ultimate ruler, Celia. Having fed upon her ghostly servants, its attacks are greatly strengthened. She can compel them to become sacrifices using her Ancient blood's power, but they do so of their own will. Either it indeed leads the lost to paradise, or they are inspired by her ceaseless efforts to forge an ideal world -- the truth is only known to them.
