A dignified outfit Emperor Isliid wore for the costume festival. Though resembling a cleric's vestiments, it is actually a special uniform for communicating with his ancestors. This means it is rarely used, but the night he watched over the festival from his castle was one such occasion. Whether impressed by the people's passion, harboring some secret purpose, or merely acting on a whim, no one else knows.
