Evil Pauldrons "Narcragen"

Physical

Dark

Once worn over the shoulders of Ragsherum, first general of the Demon forces. They create a sound like howling wind in response to the wearer's fury, striking fear into their enemies. The exact source of this noise is unclear. Some believe it is Ragsherum's ghost who died in anger, lamenting his own foolishness.
