Alchemy Tool "Shurain"

Boots that journeyed with Giliam around the world in his impassioned youth. Traveling as he did with many heavy tools and materials he burned through footwear pretty fast. A cobbler finally created these for him in thanks for his work adjusting his cobbling tools. Since then a new pair arrive from his friend at regular intervals.
