Seaband Elgilkrone

A headband infused with the power of the sea god. Once the dwellers in the seas of Raktehelm forged an alliance beyond the bounds of races, and their leader wore this. As the alliance grew the leader became the true king of the seas. The Ancient War tore the alliance apart, however, and the original headband was lost in the ensuring chaos.
